300 Squat challenge using resistance bands from extra heavy to extra light.
This workout can be done WITHOUT resistance bands.
This workout grows your Booty and tones your legs like crazy.
Do not rest too long between each set. Try to rest for only 1 Min in between sets..
Each workout is broken up into 50 reps a total of 300 reps!!!!
1. X heavy band 50 reps
2 heavy band 50 reps
3. Medium band 50 reps
4. Medium band 50 reps
5. Light band 50 reps
6. X light band 50 reps
