Okey guys, This exercise will actually make your ass and the back of your legs bigger (to a certain degree), It's great for people who have flat butts and very thin legs, But if you want smaller ass, this will help you loose some fat true, But 75% of the proccess has to be your diet and fat loss not one specific exercise

  7. for anyone that ask whether this is effective or not,,, trust me i've been doing this exercise but not everyday coz i'm TOO LAZY .. but this is the simplest thing ever to do , though 😑.. i usually do this exercise once a week, seriously .. then i realised the change of my butt and thigh.. it is so obviously change a little bit..depends on your effort, bitch! if you are lazy like me, then u will notice a small change.. now i want to continue doing this until i get the shape i want so..

    ~really recommended this exercise for those who are so lazy motherfuckers ~ then you will see the difference bebeh!
