  1. Oh Em Gee. I did the whole thing 15 reps each with 10lb dumbbells and then 10 reps for both sides for the last workout and my thighs are on FIRE

  4. Don't people realise that body building , has a extreme negative effect on a persons sexuality??? Men become feminine, because their testicles don't function properly. And Women become extremely masculine, manly. Body building is not natural
