  1. Is Clegenatur Methods effective to increase your breast size by two cups? We have learn a lot of good things about Clegenatur Methods (just search it on google).

  2. You should learn a lot from Unflexal if you'd like to know how to training good and be more wholesome.

  3. I agree with others about wanting to see a video with exercises to strengthen the lower back but I would like to see one for ladies. Also, a workout video for various exercises ladies can do for their triceps.

  4. Who the hell are you addressing as a lady!? Seriously though, been trying to strengthen & increase my glutes. I first started doing the donkey kicks alone, for months, but have incorporated the squats into my different circulated exercises. Although you have something slightly near to the donkey kick workout, on the bars & I personally haven' done any hip thrust, just the squats you've demonstrated…I just may be headed at the right direction for a firmer tight slightly larger buttocks?

  10. Hey Brendan, I was curious about the "single leg Hip thrust", are you pushing up with the leg on the ground? or are you using your back muscles to lift hips off ground? my P.T. has me doing this exercise….K

  12. Just coming back from a lower back injury any good simple suggestions to train the girdle muscles (transverse adbom. etc.) to start refiring?
