Alkaline water, or juice, or food. Walking barefoot on a beach. Swimming in the ocean. Drinking Vitamin C drinks. All of these will prevent or cure Covid 19.
Crucial to disinfect floors – People kissing & shaking hands with floors.
But what if a nurse gets Covid 19 and doesn't know it yet and she works in a geriatric type nursing home.
What is the point of this? Just some guy reading news articles and looking at web sites I can hear he is getting panicky. He doesn't sound like he cares about others only himself. He's thinking it was so fun seeing others suffer and die as I walked around healthy and thinking I was so cool but now I'm going to get this oh no! Not a Dr. I'd want with his snippy arrogant attitude. No more over paid 30 hour work weeks. Yes doc you are going to get this and don't tell me not to go to the hospital, it isn't all about you! If i get it I'm going to the one you are at. I also have been hoarding free masks for months the cheap ones and N95's I have thousands it was easy.
What a surprise that the US healthcare system is falling short in its response compared to the rest of the developed world.

How about we talk about the daily, weekly, and monthly death rate of the average annual flu. I understand testing issues can skew data, however, I feel as though publishing each death associated with Covid-19 makes it appear worse than it is. We don’t publish annual flu deaths on a daily basis. If we did we would see numbers in the hundreds each day.
Covid-19 feels like contrived hype at this stage.

anyone more worried about mandatory all over lockdowns/quarantines for this in future if pandemic worldwide i mean really all more cases coming in and i legit myself in a wal mart in Massachusetts few times recent saw several people wearing masks and gloves. so it's really realistic of happening. but idk myself i think i am more worried about pandemic and a quarantine than actually getting the virus but that still pretty scary itself.

It is too late here in the USA. The government should have suspended any kind of in bound flights and cruise ships to the USA two months ago when the news broke in China. Unfortunatly now things got out of control……..Very sad!!!
In HK we did tests on an infected resident's Pomeranian. The poor dog was infected. We did repeated tests to ensure the Pomeranian is fine and put her in quarantine. All the tests are free with payments capped at US$15 for each consultation in our public healthcare system.
Question: how can you test reliably if this mutates every so often, it seems there are several different diseases now.

Saving people is more important than saving economy. We need to announce pandemic and practice social distancing now by avoiding mass gathering. This would buy us some time for new treatment drug and vaccine. Pray this RNA virus will not mutate too much rendering the vaccine uneffective.
Compare to SARS, COVID-19 is 20 times more contagious and has higher affinity to the ACE2 receptor of human cell. Unlike flu and SARS, a COVID-19 carrier can spread without any symptoms for up to 27 days. Those who recovered might suffer various organ damages. Many people in Wuhan died at home when the medical system was/is overwhelmed. China had never been crippled like this before by the flu and SARS. COVID-19 is no SARS!
Various renown epidemiologists had already predicted up to 40 to 70% of world population will be infected as it follows an exponential equation. It’s time to ask the Lord for forgiveness and mercy before too late. We all are in His hands now.

Three coworkers and I were CRAZY sick in January, before the virus officially hit the U.S. Some of us had flu shots and others didn't, but all of our symptoms stayed as severe no matter what…I wonder if my coworkers and I had this before it was made official in Washington…

Completely agree! Tests need to be available as the doctors don't even know what to do as of yesterday. In addition they should be at no cost so more people will test. We won'thave accurate data if people aren't testing. Online doctors are great-too bad they couldn't send a test kit to determine if the patient has it or not.

I went to the Cortland NY Guthrie hospital last night and they refused to test me for anything but flu which was inconclusive. I had every symptom of covid19 and told them it's the sickest I've ever been. They gave me ibuprofen said that's all they can do there are no test for anything other than flu. So they say..
I probably don't have coronavirus but it would be nice to know foresure is a test really that expensive, that they can't afford to waste one.
