Escrow letter 2
the 3 steps yoiu MUST do to have your escrow letter perfect!
1- add the people buyer/seller – landlord/tenant – transaction coordinator in the people tab
2- add the property address in property tab
3- compete the financial tab with the escrow amount, total rent and else.
Total Brokerage will auto populate the spaces.
After that send it to your transaciion coordinator by requesting signature. and you are done.
