  1. Just wanna say I completely understand where people are coming from in terms of eating less sugar and healthier calories. I have tried that in the past and just couldnt gain weight but again I am gonna take onboard the postivie critiscm and try and cut down on the "unhealthy" food. Thank you to everyone who took time out of their day to watch and comment their advice ??

  2. Loooool this is more unhealthy than my cheat day, focus on balancing your protein, fat and carbs correctly mate and ensure you are getting the right nutrients then you will see healthy gains. I used to have a similar diet as I’m an ectomorph which is a pain in the arse, but now that I’ve used balance rather than just focusing on calories I’m seeing progress all the time in my strength and appearance

  3. what are you doing with the pasta?? im italian u have to boil the water than drop some salt and drop the pasta for around 8-10 minutes it depends check the package

  4. Bro, if this is the mentality your going by to “bulk up and gain muscle” some fat person could make a video of then eating 15k calories

  5. Scientifically – the whole faster metabolism has been averaged out around 200 more than someone with a slower metabolic rate. I was 70kg at 6'4 and I'm now almost 87kg. It comes through consistency and adequate training plans that work for 'you'. Eating 6k calories on a bulk isn't sensible. I gained weight on 3.4k calories. It wasnt I was a 'hard gainer' it was I ate shit and not often enough and didn't do any training in the gym. I've corrected that but seriously… 6k calories. Stop that. You'll grow but it takes time. Who told you to eat that much?

  6. You jsut need to macamize your wallet. I would do a meal prep idea for the afternoon hours. Such as 4. 750-1000 cal meals. You will save money this way. Also you can add more vegetables, lean proteins and more nutritious carbs not just junky bread carbs. The calorie intake is fine. Jsut maxamize nutritious intake and less bread. Good job

  7. You need to focus on nutrition rather than calories if you ate half as much but healthier you will gain more muscle

  8. Dude from one skinny built guy to another. Love what your doing .Eating 5/6 meals a day can be super hard to deal with.But you do not need 6000 plus caloires .50 percent of your diet is is shitty cheap food and super low in protein .Not alot of meat or fish in your diet and didnt see a single egg .Eat 3500 kcals a day 200 grams of protein . 350 to 400 grams of carbs and 100 to 150 g of heavy fats .Use natual sugars to get your carb levels up like dried fruits and normal fruit .Youve got the mind set to train and eat alot . None the less cant wait to see bulk in 6 months…Keep fighting on
