Empty Promises… Hogs & Heifers Saloon and the ongoing dispute with the Downtown Grand
The City should give Hogs & Heifers the rights to build on the DTC lot behind the Mob Museum! C.I.M. Group and The Downtown Grand have been sitting on it since before 2009!
At least we would build on it.
