YES. IT’S HERE. EPISODE NUMBER FOUR!!!!!! Listen carefully, and watch closely… this is the dinner meal that changed the game for me. This is a 3000+ calorie meal that tastes so good… you might just get addicted. PACKED with tons of carbs, protein and fats, you’re looking at a serious muscle building meal, and one that will THROW the weight on you skinny boys and girls!!! This meal is most responsible for a lot of the size I’ve built in the past, and I used to eat this every single night before I went to sleep (which was also typically after my workout). Needless to say, I saw overnight results. DISCLAIMER: These overnight results came with a lot of fat gain as well. Now as a skinny boy or girl, you may not mind this at all (as I didn’t), however, I just thought I would throw this out there because with a lot of gains, comes a lot of responsibility!

  2. Great video but there’s no way thats 500 grams of pasta in that small dish. Did you input dried pasta or cooked pasta into myfitnesspal? if its cooked pasta water weight must be accounted and the calories will be significantly less. From looking at it, the pasta in your dish is at most 300 calories.

  3. Nice man looking good. As an Italian who likes to cook if u wanna tweak this a little bit add some garlic with your onions, try sone fresh herbs like fresh parsley with your dry, and finally, add some vino to the sauce. Wine goes really well with any meat. Also ve sure to season with some salt and pepper. A dash of sugar is common as well. Ok brother. Buon Appetito and happy gaining

  4. Does it matter on what type of Penne pasta i get because I found that two different brands would have the same amount of grams but different calories. Is there a specific one I should get so that I can make sure I get 2,006 calories? Please answer thank you ?

  5. So did you use all of the sauce on that one meal or did you use half of it and save it for the next day? Also you mentioned that you wasn’t gonna use all the pasta did you use half of the bag?
