Its the optical sensor. Your mouse probably has a old sensor which is not good when flicking.. i tested different types of mouse before.. most likely the cheap mouses are usually getting this issue.. with proper highend mouse/sensor you wont have any issue at all

i dont have acceleration ammount to CS GO Panorama UI , how to fix?
its because of low polling rate you need to buy an expensive mouse to get high polling rate

it means your mouse is fucked up get a new one
Probably a mouse with bad lift-off distance. When moving fast and with many lift ofs (low mouse sense).
You can test it by moving your mouse (and your cursor) without touching your mousepad (hover it over the pad) and you will probably see some glitches 😉

This only happens on cs. My cursor stutters even if i move it slowly but on other games it works fine

Fix, only fix is new mouse and there is one cheap 8 dollars dell ms111-p no lag u can play on low sens… This is what u need for cs go. U cant fix bad mose cuz its chip cant go and load faster speeds..

Hello i have this problem in fortnite not csgo but i cant find a solution when i do a really quick 360 the mouse literally just freezes for a second
this is because of a shit mouse with low tracking speed, if this state is under 30ips (inch per second) it could do this effect on flick situations

if this didnt work for you, and you are using a wifi dongle or antenna… try moving it as far from the pc as possible. the wifi dongle interferes with the wireless mouse signal and causes the glitchyness. worked for me
